Support Madera's Annual Spring Auction

 

Each spring, Madera hosts an online auction to help fund enrichment programs that go beyond what our school district provides. These include music, gardening, reading support, science camp, puberty education, field trips, assemblies, and more—programs that make a big difference in our children’s learning experience.

We rely on community support to make this happen, and there are many ways you can contribute!

Ways to Get Involved:

 

1. Donate an Item

Every year, families, businesses, and community members generously donate items and experiences. Here are some popular auction items from past years:

• Gift Cards—unused or partially used, they all help!

• Event Tickets—sports, concerts, theater, you name it.

• Weekend Getaways—a night at your vacation home or timeshare.

• Experiences—food and wine tastings, brewery tours, or mixology classes.

• Behind-the-Scenes Access—a workplace tour or special industry experience.

• Creative Classes—art, ceramics, jewelry-making, or music lessons.

• Outdoor Adventures—rafting, kayaking, or guided hikes.

• Services—photography, graphic design, coaching, or consulting.

• Fitness & Wellness—yoga, Pilates, or personal training sessions.

• Homemade Treats—a monthly cookie subscription, a custom cake, or your famous holiday dessert.

• Parent Perks—babysitting offers, like a movie night for kids so parents can enjoy a night out.

2. Become a Sponsor

If you own a business, consider sponsoring the auction. Your business will be featured in our Monday Message, social media, and other special announcements, giving you great visibility while supporting the school.

 

3. Ask Your Favorite Businesses

If you frequent a local business, consider asking if they’d be willing to donate. A personal ask from a loyal customer goes a long way!
