Volunteer Application
Everyone who wishes to volunteer at any WCCUSD school must be approved using the Verkada system. Volunteers will need an ID to apply and clearance can take up to a week after the application is received. An email with a QR code will be sent to volunteers once they have been cleared. This QR code can be used to check-in at the Madera front office when volunteers arrive on campus.
Please note that volunteers who were cleared through the Verkada system before July 1, 2025 will need to reapply and submit a TB test or TB risk assessment to the Madera front office. Volunteers who were cleared after July 1, 2025 do not need to reapply, but will need to submit a TB test or TB risk assessment to the Madera front office.
For those who prefer to apply in-person, please schedule a meeting with the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) team. The FACE team will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment date and time.
